CLARION™ — PATHOLOGY APPLICATION

Advancing Toward Clinical Deployment

Clarion™ is the first clinical application of the Reveal platform, designed to assess tissue adequacy using molecular sensing at the point of sampling.

Clinical Context

In biopsy and surgical workflows, clinicians often lack immediate confirmation that collected tissue is adequate for diagnosis.

This can lead to:

  • repeat procedures

  • delays in diagnosis

  • increased patient burden

Approach

Clarion™ uses Raman spectroscopy and AI to analyze the molecular composition of tissue samples in near real time.

The system is designed to:

  • support assessment of tissue adequacy

  • improve confidence during sampling

  • integrate into existing clinical workflows

Development and Regulatory Status

Clarion™ is currently in advanced development and preparing for initial clinical deployment.

Early Access Program — Clarion™

Reveal is engaging a limited number of clinical partners to support the evaluation and refinement of Clarion™ ahead of regulatory submission.

  • performance validation in real clinical settings

  • early access to platform capabilities

We are currently onboarding a small number of early access sites.

STRATEGIC ROLE

Clarion represents the initial clinical entry point for the Reveal platform.

It enables:

  • early clinical adoption

  • generation of real-world data

  • foundation for expansion into surgical and biofluid applications

Clarion is expected to represent the initial commercial pathway for the platform following regulatory clearance.

Longitudinal Biological Monitoring

Reveal Sage™ is a structured research and validation program exploring the use of molecular sensing in biofluids such as blood, urine, and saliva.

Pilot Program — SAGE™

Reveal is initiating structured pilot programs with institutional and government partners to validate longitudinal biofluid monitoring.

Programs are designed to:

  • generate longitudinal biological datasets

  • validate molecular signal detection

  • support future clinical and public health applications

THE PROGRAM WILL ALLOW:

  • the detection molecular patterns over time

  • the generation longitudinal biological datasets

  • the development future diagnostic applications

SAGE™ product development is being accelerated through strategic pilot programs conducted in collaboration with institutional and government partners.

Typical pilot programs:

  • $3M–$10M scope

  • 12–18 month duration

  • multi-cohort deployment

SAGE™ is not a commercial diagnostic product at this stage and is being developed as a structured validation and data-generation platform.
